Our Patch is a fresh provider in the education and care space, which has been meticulously designed from the ground up by Kerin McMahon and Daniel Mundy. It spouted from a dream to create entirely unique spaces that gives children voice and offers them a safe place of wonder in which to GROW.

Kerin McMahon

At Our Patch, creating safe and welcoming spaces where children can learn, grow and enjoy their time before and after school sits at the heart of everything we do. It is what inspired me to join the team.
I bring more than 15 years of executive leadership experience across early learning and community services. Before joining Our Patch, I was Chief Operating Officer at Busy Bees Australia, leading a national team and overseeing services across the country. I’ve also held executive roles with HELP Enterprises and Endeavour Foundation, supporting teams through significant periods of change.
I’m passionate about working closely with families, educators and our school communities to build caring and trusting connections. It is a privilege to provide high-quality OSHC to our children, families and school. Together, we can give every child a positive experience to feel valued, safe, included and supported to thrive.
Daniel Mundy
My professional experience has been built from a career in education and recruitment that spans over 25 years. Growing up in a large family I was taught the value of respect, relationships, integrity, and character. I have taken these values through business and life. In 1993 I took the opportunity to attend Ballarat University to complete a PE teaching degree. A few years later I find myself teaching in London. It was the opportunity of a lifetime and an experience I will cherish forever.
Upon making the decision to head home to start a new life I was lucky enough to fall into Education Recruitment. A chance intersection in life that has now turned into my daily obsession (other than my wife, children, and the odd spot of golf…which I do not play enough of anymore) wine and trying to keep fit in between.
It is from this journey and experience I became part of the Our Patch Group to continue supporting Kerin and the business to deliver an exceptional service across Outside School Hours Care.
